Enterprise Community Partners

Lead. Demonstrate. Transform. Sustain.

These were the four fundamental actions that alluded to Enterprise’s remarkable accomplishments and strong sense of hope in their 2007 Community Partners Annual Report. Having just reached a 25-year milestone in enriching communities and creating affordable housing nationwide, Enterprise’s Annual Report design would have to demonstrate their extraordinary gains and incorporate themes such as unity, celebration, passion, collaboration, and optimism. Rottman Creative Group (RCG) was determined to combine these ideas to create a piece that was just as inspirational and innovative as the organization’s role in the community.


RCG wanted to convey an emotional stimulation of strength and achievement throughout the report. It began with light color choices that complimented the ideas of hope and life between the pages. The cover was light green and uniquely cut, which incorporated a balance of community photographs and translucent action words that defined Enterprise’s unifying vision and commitment. The structure of the report embraced a sequence that began with the organization’s outstanding investment results, which then dove into an arrangement of letters from the Chairs and C.E.O.’s. Also included were tributes, 25-year anniversary celebrations, followed by their leadership strength, passionate mission implementation, and donor recognition.

 

 

RCG meticulously organized the piece with motivational graphics and life-altering quotations to invoke both pride and hope, but also situated the information in a clean, sustainable design with professional flair. The report represented a wholesome stream of expertise, commitment, emotion, and possibility.

 

 

The Community Partners Report also included two smaller pieces that completed Enterprise's yearly success, followed by a website addition that offset surplus Annual Report printing. The personal letter to friends and postcard maintained the report's innovative design and visionary intention. The letter was concise and structured, but also sustained brightness and purpose. The postcard preserved the organization's commitment to aiding low-income families and unifying the community. The subsequent website design was the final undertaking that provided a simple and more efficient way to access all of the Annual Report's information. The project's end result was a steadfast, positive, environmentally conscientious and life-changing conclusion of an exceptional year.
