Previously, he worked for several Washington Metropolitan design and advertising agencies while simultaneously establishing a freelance graphic design company, Gary Rottman Design. He is a dynamic, competitive design/communications professional with 23 years of graphic design experience under his (rope) belt. His well-rounded industry background, award-winning creative and technical talents provide the experience and leadership necessary to motivate staff and deliver superior solutions.
Mary Rottman, Principal/New Business DevelopmentMary Rottman, Principal/New Business Development - Prior to co-founding RCG, Mary was the Business Manager for Gary Rottman Design. Previously she was the Advertising Coordinator for the east-coast region of a national insurance company. A results oriented business professional with proven abilities in strategic planning, managing projects, improving efficiency of
operations, team building, and detailing project information to determine effective processes for operations. Mary’s organizational and communication skills are a
tremendous attribute in the establishment of valuable, long-term client relationships. Currently Mary serves as a member of Zonta, the National Council for
Marketing and Public Relations, as well as the ASAE & The Center
for Association Leadership.
Susan Shaffer, Account ExecutiveSusan Shaffer, Account Executive
- Susan brings a diverse background of over 20 years of creative experience as well as an award-winning background in public relations. As a graduate of Towson University with a degree in both Business Marketing and Psychology, Susan has been involved with sports marketing, business to business promotions and service on a non-profit creative team.

- Having recently received his Bachelor of Arts in Film and Video at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County, Anthony brings a fresh understanding of time-based media to the design team. Anthony uses his skills in videography, editing, and animation to produce
imaginative and entertaining pieces on a variety of subject matter. His work was featured and well-received in a student film festival and art exhibition.
